Crispy Pizza Crust
Recipe
This thin
and crispy pizza crust recipe works so well due to the higher
baking temperatures and the use of a minimal amount of pizza
sauce.

1 cup all purpose
flour
1 tbsp
sugar
2 tsp active dry
yeast
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 cup (4
ounces) water, warmed
Step #1:
Place your pizza stone in the
oven. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
F. Add all dry ingredients together in a
bowl. Mix well.
Step#2:
Stir warmed water into dry
ingredients and mix togehter until a dough is
formed.
Step #3:
Cover the top of the bowl
with a towel, or you can use plastic wrap
also. Place the bowl somewhere warm,
where the dough can rise to twice it's original
size.
Step #4:
After dough has risen, roll
it out very thinly, about 1/3 inch thick.
Transfer the dough to a wooden pizza peel, and
add a small amount of sauce. Add other
toppings and transfer to the hot pizza stone in
the oven. Cook at 450 degrees F for 10 to
12 minutes. Lift the bottom of the crust
up with a metal spatuala and check to see if
the crust is brown and crispy. When you
are satisfied with the results, remove from the
hot oven and allow the pizza to cool for five
minutes before slicing.
