Low Carb Pizza Crust Recipe

Use this low carb pizza crust recipe to cut out the uneeded carbs in your diet.

 

 

1 cup flour
1/2 cup warm water
2 teaspoons instant active yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Take all ingredients and mix them in a small bowl.  Then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the  dough rise for 15 to 20 minutes.  Next, roll the dough out onto your floured kitchen countertop until it is  only about 1/4 inch thin.  This makes for a very thin and therefore low carb pizza crust.  Cook at 350  degrees until crispy.  It tastes alot better than those recipes that use soy flour and club soda.
