hurry? Try this quick and easy crust
recipe.

4 cups all purpose
flour
1 cup lukewarm
water
1 cup lukewarm
beer or ale of choice
1/8 cup dry
yeast
Throw all dry ingredients in
a bowl. Mix together and then add warmed
liquids. Cover and let pizza dough rise
for 45 to 60 minutes. Turn out pizza
dough on a clean countertop and roll.
Bake rolled crust until brown on
bottom.
