Marinara Sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 2 minutes. Remove and stir. Add salt to taste. Makes an excellent pizza sauce or dipping sauce for bread sticks.
Spicy Marinara Sauce

1 tbsp. favorite hot sauce (Louisianna style)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Creamy Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp chopped garlic paste
2 egg yolks
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
Place garlic paste in a large bowl. Using a wire whisk, add yolks and mustard and begin to whip. Slowly begin adding the oil, a few drops at a time. Continue whisking. After half of the oil has been added, and the sauce is creamy, whisk in remaining oil, then lemon juice. May add salt and pepper.
Ranch Sauce
4 oz. of your favorite Ranch style Salad Dressing
2 tsp. garlic powder
Combine ingredients and spread on pizza.
Cheddar Sauce
1/2 tub (8 oz.) of Spreadable Cheese
Warm cheese to spreading consistency and spread over crust.
